Lovely unique vintage fascinator hat in a fine navy blue straw made to sit back farther on the head than I am showing on the mannequin. It can also be more side swept, its a greatly adaptable hat.

The fan shape is accented by a separate folded bow that is trimmed in black leather look material. It fits close to the head.

The tag says it is hand blocked and a size 22.
